Due to the digital nature of our products (software templates and SaaS subscriptions), all sales are considered final and we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made.
This policy is in place because digital products, once downloaded or accessed, cannot be returned.
We do not issue refunds for our one-time purchase form templates. We provide a demo and detailed descriptions to help you make an informed decision before buying. Please ensure the product fits your needs before you finalize the purchase.
For our recurring PRO subscriptions, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to PRO features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing cycle.
We believe in customer satisfaction and will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis under the following specific circumstances:
